The solid walnut frames and armrests are also in excellent condition showing only minor nicks and surface scratches (which can be seen in the photos provided)

the grill is easily removed and installed and the extra chimney pieces (measuring 10" in diameter) allow the fireplace to be installed in two story homes with a total possible height of 228

The aluminum legs are also in superb condition with only minor scuffs and nicks
